Ironclad Powerlifting lifts out of Iron Roots Strength and Conditioning Gym. Ironclad Powerlifting aims to support the growth of powerlifting and strength and conditioning in Townsville. Ironclad provides expert coaching by nationally accredited coaches with the Australian Sports Commission – who cater for athletes of all levels. Social, amateur and professional athletes are welcome.
Ironclad Powerlifting is affiliated with Powerlifting Australia. The only powerlifting federation in Australia with government support. With this association and a partnership with Iron Strength Power and Performance in Cairns, North Queenslanders now have access to professionally run, drug free powerlifting competitions.
