The summer training season takes place from November to March at the Irymple Swimming Pool. Level 1 (junior) training sessions are held on Tuesdays from 5:00 to 5:30 pm, while Level 2 and 3 sessions are held from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. On Thursdays, Level 1 (junior) training sessions are from 5:00 to 5:30 pm, and Level 2 and 3 sessions are from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

The club has three different levels for swimmers: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Swimmers may move between these levels as they develop their skills. Level 1 focuses on becoming competent in freestyle and backstroke, while also learning breaststroke and the butterfly kick. Level 2 builds on Level 1 skills and begins to introduce more advanced techniques such as the tumble turn and using the time clock for intervals.
Level 3 swimmers continue to develop their freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke skills, with a focus on aiming for qualifying times. Other skills worked on in this level include IM turns and using the time clock for intervals, as well as taking heart rate.
