For children aged 2–3 years, there is the Tadpole level. Older children aged 3 years and above can enrol in the Beginner level, which focuses on developing the crab skill. As they progress, they can move on to the Octopus level to learn the doggy-paddle, the Frog level to learn freestyle and backstroke, and the Stingray level for stroke development in all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). The top level is the Marlin level, where swimmers further refine their stroke techniques.

To make it convenient for families, JUMP! Geraldton offers a variety of class times throughout the week, including weekends. The facility is equipped with a heated indoor pool that is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 32-33 degrees Celsius.
