The major sponsor of our elite men's and women's teams in the NWPL is KFC (Collins Group).
KFC Queensland Breakers have also several teams in the local Brisbane Water Polo (BWPI) competition at both senior and junior levels.
Many of our NWPL athletes hold scholarships with in the high performance programme at the Queensland Academy of Sport. This programme aims to develop players for international competition across all levels. Scholarship holders are typically members of National squads in either the senior, junior or sub-junior ranks.
As well as competing in the NWPL, KFC Queensland Breakers have a strong affiliation with River City Water Polo, North Brisbane Polo Bears, Carina Warriors Water Polo and Water Polo Sunshine Coast.
We can provide expertise and experience to these elite competition, pre, and off-season coaching and opportunities to compete at national competitions.
We are currently working to facilitate improved participation in sport post school particularly for girls.
