Established in 2010, we have been providing personal training services to the Melton area. We specialise in Boxing for Fitness, Strength & Conditioning, Athlete Development and Shiatsu Massage Therapy.
Our private training studio is fully equipped with all the tools to help you achieve your goals! With regular exercise you will have greater energy levels, better sleep quality, improved body composition, improved physical and mental health. You will reduce your risk of health problems and live a better quality of life.
Our sessions are designed for your fitness level and ability. We set goals and work hard towards achieving them. We use a variety of different strength training, boxing, and conditioning methods to ensure you achieve your goals and enjoy variety in your workouts.
We also offer Shiatsu Massage Therapy, a form of Japanese massage, to help ease your aches and pains.
