Kalamunda Tennis Club

Kalamunda Tennis Club is a welcoming and friendly sports club located in the picturesque Perth Hills of Western Australia. With over 80 members, the club offers a relaxed and inclusive environment for tennis players of all ages and skill levels.

The club provides a variety of tennis activities, including social tennis, competition tennis, and coaching for both juniors and adults. Social tennis sessions are held on Monday mornings, Thursday mornings, and Saturday afternoons, providing opportunities for members to enjoy friendly matches and meet fellow players. From July 2022 until June 2023, social tennis is free for all club members, making it even more accessible for newcomers to join. The club has removed the $5 ball fee to encourage new players and guests to become members, with an affordable annual membership fee of just $110.

New members and visitors are always welcome at Kalamunda Tennis Club, and members have the privilege of using the courts during the daytime at no additional charge. Night play with lights does require a fee for all players, including members. The club also offers coaching services for both young players and adults. Group coaching for children takes place on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, led by Anthony Harbrow.

The club boasts modern and well-appointed club rooms that are available for hire to members, providing a comfortable and convenient space for social gatherings. Additionally, the club offers courts for hire to non-members at $10 per hour per court, with an additional fee for night play when lights are in use. To enhance the booking process, the club has implemented the online “Book A Court” system, making it easy for members and non-members to reserve court time. This system also provides an access code for gate entry and automatically controls the court lights at night.
