The Kerang Basketball Association is a proud sports club located in the Gannawarra Shire in Australia. The association is affiliated with the Kerang Amateur Basketball Association and is committed to promoting and developing the sport of basketball in the local community.
The association offers a range of programmes and competitions for boys and girls of all abilities, aged 5 to 10. They provide a Junior Development Programme that focuses on skill development and creating a positive and inclusive environment for young players to learn and grow in the sport.
To make registration and payment convenient for parents, the association has introduced an online registration system. This allows parents to register their child and pay their season fees from the comfort of their own home. The association accepts credit card payments only. They understand that this new system may have some hiccups, and encourage members to be patient and report any issues for a quick resolution.
The fees for the upcoming 2019/20 Summer season include the Basketball Victoria Country (BVC) Fee of $39. 00, which covers online processing. Members will be provided with a Date Registered Until date, meaning they will not have to pay the BVCA Fee again until that date. All required information must be provided and payment must be made for registration to be complete.
The association also offers the option to set up a payment plan for the season fees. Members can contact the Kerang committee to arrange this. However, the BVCA Fee must still be paid online at the time of registration.
It is important for all players to have paid both the BVCA Fee and the Kerang Amateur Basketball Association fee before participating in any competitions. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility to play.
The Kerang Basketball Association is passionate about providing opportunities for players to develop their skills and love for the game. They strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all members and are dedicated to promoting a love for basketball in the Gannawarra Shire community.
