The Glandore Oval location, situated on South Road, Glandore, also boasts four exceptional hard courts. All courts are equipped with lighting, allowing for matches to be played even after the sun goes down. The club is conveniently adjacent to an oval and playground, providing a vibrant and active environment. The courts at Glandore Oval are available for hire outside of competition times.
Kesmond Tennis Club is actively seeking new members of all playing levels, from beginners to experienced players. The club offers a variety of competitions for both seniors and juniors. The Saturday Afternoon Seniors competition consists of both singles and doubles matches, with teams comprised of 4 men and 4 women. There is also a doubles competition and separate men's and women's competitions.
Matches for seniors take place on Saturdays from October to March.
For juniors, there is a Saturday Morning competition where teams of 4 boys or 4 girls compete in both doubles and singles matches. Matches begin either at 8:30 am or 10 am, providing a great opportunity for young players to develop their skills in a supportive and competitive environment.
Kesmond Tennis Club also offers a social membership option, which includes access to the courts outside of competition times. The current pricing for social membership is $100 per year plus a $10 key deposit.
