KDLA is set to re-launch itself into a new era, capitalising on the growth in the region and on the back of growing success at representative levels.

Provide an environment for children, that promotes a fun and healthy lifestyle whilst supporting them to get the best out of themselves.

In order to ensure that we reach our aims three subcommittees have been formed to address short term areas of concern and also set in place strategies for the long term success of the club.

Fundraising: Aims to investigate new and innovative fundraising ideas, grants, sponsorship, and canteen management.

Programming: Aims to improve and streamline the programme and will investigate event and day procedures including parent/coaches involvement, set up, start time, heat and weather policies, twilight meets and interclub competitions.

Communications: Aims to improve and make more effective our communications to members and other clubs, and includes investigating online registrations and updates, Newsletter management, media coverage and marketing to local schools and businesses.
