The Seniors Martial Arts Programmes cater to students ages 14 and above, teaching self-defence skills along with increased focus, discipline, coordination, flexibility, and more. Seniors can choose between Okinawan Matsubayashiryu Karatedo (empty hands) and Yamaneryu Kobudo (weapons).
In addition to their martial arts programmes, Kodokan Matsubayashi-Ryu Karate Dojo also offers a Women's Self Defence Programme and a Functional Fitness Programme. The Women's Self Defence Programme is tailored for women and includes regular seminars. The Fitness Programme is available for free to any member or household family member if one member has a Martial Arts Membership.
