Round up your mates and get down to training to blow off cobwebs, and the extra kg's loaded on over New Years, in the lead up to the 2019 season.
The club is starting our pre-season training starting February 7th from 6:45pm at Tantallon Oval, continuing each Thursday evening.
Make sure you bring your running shoes for the first few weeks until the cricket season ends. The focus will be on strength and conditioning training, core skills & game structure for the season ahead.
