Leven SCUBA Club Inc – Northwest Coast Tasmania is the oldest and only SCUBA dive club operating on Tasmania's North West Coast. Established in 1978, the club is actively involved in promoting safe and affordable recreational SCUBA diving, as well as environmental and community activities that impact the sport and marine environment.

The club has a small but enthusiastic membership who not only enjoy diving for fun but also participate in harbour cleanups, survey work, and various other non-commercial underwater activities. The club is dedicated to the conservation of shipwrecks and other vulnerable dive sites, as well as promoting responsible and legal fishing practises. They have an ongoing project focused on constructing and maintaining artificial reefs to support marine habitats on the North West Coast.

Club members often travel to other dive locations in Tasmania, primarily on the east coast, for charters or shore dives. They also strive to support other dive clubs and operators in Tasmania and actively participate in SCUBA dive community events.

The club's name is derived from the Leven River of Ulverstone, where it was originally formed. However, the majority of the membership is now based in Devonport, which is where the club is currently situated. General meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month (excluding public holidays) at The Mersey Yacht Club in East Devonport.

New members and guests are welcome to attend these meetings, and individuals interested in joining the club can contact them via phone or email in advance. Leven SCUBA Club offers three membership categories: Standard Member, Family Member, and Full Member, with specific benefits for each category. Please note that the club does not provide diver training or equipment servicing. Individuals who wish to learn to dive will need to complete a recognised open water course through a dive centre or qualified instructor.
