Welcome to Life Yoga Goulburn, a yoga studio located in Goulburn, NSW. Our beautiful studio is situated within the tranquil grounds of a local garden centre and café. We take pride in offering the best staff of yoga teachers in the area, ensuring that you receive top-notch instruction and guidance during your practise. With plenty of classes on offer each week, you'll have plenty of opportunities to find a class that suits your needs.

The best way to become a part of our yoga community is by joining us as a member. Our membership provides you with unlimited access to our studio classes each week, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the practise. Our schedule includes a mix of Flow, Aerial, and Meditation classes, providing a well-rounded yoga experience for all levels of practitioners.

As a member, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in our exciting members' events and activities that we have planned for 2022. We are constantly striving to create a supportive and engaging community for our members, and these events are an important part of that.
