Lismore Workers FC is a highly respected sports club located in Lismore, New South Wales. The club has a rich history that dates back to its formation in 1949 as the Eastwood United Soccer Club. From then on, the club has been a prominent figure in the soccer community in the Lismore District.

In 1985, Lismore Workers FC formed a partnership with the Lismore and District Workers Club, becoming affiliated with the prestigious “mother” club. With this affiliation, the club adopted the name Lismore Workers and has since been known as Lismore Workers FC (Football Club). The club proudly upholds the strong traditions of football and has always sported the iconic red and white team colours. As a result, the club's teams are commonly referred to as “The REDMEN”.

The club's home ground is located at Rec 12, which has been renamed Richards Oval, in the heart of Lismore City. In the mid-1990s, Lismore Workers FC secured its home by constructing a modern clubhouse and player facilities at Richards Oval. This move demonstrated the club’s commitment to providing top-notch facilities for its members.

Lismore Workers FC holds a distinguished reputation as one of the most successful regional football organisations, both on and off the field. The club boasts an array of senior and junior teams that compete at various levels in both male and female divisions. These include the elite Football Far North Coast leading League sides, as well as competitive and non-competitive teams in junior age groups. Currently, the club has over 100 senior men and women members and more than 250 junior participants, highlighting the club's commitment to inclusivity and providing a quality football experience for all players.
