What we're all about!
CrossFit (Adults) – We apply CrossFit training to reach our physical potential. This is taught in a group/class format. Classes run for 1 hour. Daily workouts are adjusted to suit individual ability.
CrossFit (Teens) – We have a dedicated Teens development programme for those who are looking to improve their strength and conditioning in other sports.
CrossFit for Corporate / School Groups – We run onsite CrossFit sessions for Corporate and School Groups (max of 20). This can be done on a regular or one-off basis.
Olympic Lifting – A specific service for those looking to improve their snatch and clean and jerk. The programme utilises pulls, presses, squats, and other supplementary exercises.
