Kempsey Health & Fitness is 164sq metres which is dedicated to crossfit training. It is the home of Macleay CrossFit, and caters to all fitness levels. We offer CrossFit and Pilates classes. CrossFit concentrates on the use of functional and natural movements to help you on your fitness goals.
Kea has done extensive research on all movements and training programmes which can suit a diverse range of fitness goals.
