Manly Masters Swimming Club

Manly Masters Swimming Club is a vibrant and inclusive sports club located in beautiful Sydney, Australia. As an active club of Masters Swimming NSW, our members consist of a mix of social and competitive swimmers who are interested in both pool and ocean swimming. We welcome swimmers of all levels and abilities, providing a supportive and encouraging environment for everyone.

Our regular training sessions are focused on improving technique and fitness. We offer adult squads that cater to various swim levels, ensuring that each member can progress at their own pace. Training takes place at the Manly Aquatic Centre, located at 1 Kenneth Rd, Manly NSW 2095. During the summer months (from October to April), we meet at the outdoor 25m pool, while in the winter months (from May to September), we gather at the indoor 25m pool.

In addition to our training sessions, we offer exciting ocean swims every Saturday. One of our most popular ocean swims is from Manly to Shelly Beach and back, providing an opportunity to swim alongside marine life in the stunning Cabbage Tree Bay. Please note that while we offer encouragement, we do not provide water safety for these ocean swims. Swimmers are responsible for conducting their own surf assessment and swimming according to their own ability.

At Manly Masters Swimming Club, we believe that swimming is not just about fitness but also about forging friendships and having fun. We host a variety of enjoyable social events throughout the year, bringing our members together for a sense of community and camaraderie. After our regular swim sessions, we take the time to relax and catch up over a coffee, further fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
