As a mum of two energetic boys, I understand how difficult it can be to get into a regular fitness routine. Taking my boys anywhere, let alone a gym was a difficult task which I often dreaded. By providing a mobile service, I can come to you and train you, where ever it suits you! This can be done outdoors at the park or in the comfort of your own home.
My focus is to encourage women to make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their overall health and fitness levels and to achieve the goals they set themselves. By doing this, they will build their self-confidence as well as being fantastic role models for their children.
So set yourself some fitness goals, perhaps to: increase strength, lose body fat, run 5 km, tone and lean, injury prevention or rehabilitation.
