Located in the suburb of Alphington, Melbourne Gym Sports boasts one of the leading training facilities for Aerobic Gymnastics in Australia. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and provides a safe and dynamic environment for athletes of all ages and abilities.

At Melbourne Gym Sports, we offer a range of programmes catering to both recreational participants and elite athletes. Our primary gym sport is Aerobic Gymnastics, a high-energy discipline that combines elements of dance, strength, and flexibility. We have programmes for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced, and our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping each participant reach their full potential.

In addition to Aerobic Gymnastics, we also offer a unique and incredibly fun recreational programme called AeroGym. AeroGym incorporates the fundamentals of 'traditional' gymnastics and is suitable for children of all ages. Our KinderGym programme is specially designed for children aged 18 months to 5 years, providing a fun and stimulating introduction to movement and coordination.

Our mission is to create a community that fosters a genuine love of being active, while nurturing the individual talent of each gymnast and allowing them to flourish in an environment that builds resilience, confidence, and determination. At Melbourne Gym Sports, we have a team of dedicated and highly qualified coaches who are passionate about gymnastics and the development of our athletes. Led by Alice Stooke, Director of Club Operations, our team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our programmes. Alice herself has almost 20 years of experience in Aerobic Gymnastics as an athlete, coach, judge, and club owner. She is also actively involved in the gymnastics community at both the national and international level.
