Training sessions for men and women primarily take place on Thursday nights from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Western Oval in Royal Park, Parkville. Additionally, women have another training session on Monday nights from 6 pm to 8 pm at the hockey pitch at Melbourne University.

During the season, match times for seniors' competitions are as follows: Men's Division 1 on Saturday at 2:45 pm, Men's Division 3 on Saturday at 12:30 pm, and Women's Division One on Sunday at 1:15 pm. Junior competitions for boys and girls are scheduled on Saturday mornings and Sunday mornings, respectively.
