Meredith Dolan is a sports club located in Merimbula, New South Wales, Australia. The club offers a variety of body work practises and is dedicated to promoting physical and emotional well-being.
The club is headed by Meredith Dolan, a passionate body work enthusiast with many years of experience. Her journey into body work began after learning Reiki and becoming a teacher. She soon discovered the work of Don McFarland and Body Harmony® and has been continuously learning ever since. Meredith recently completed training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and is committed to continuous education in the field.
Meredith has been teaching Yoga in the Bega Valley for 32 years and is a certified Body Harmony® Association Teacher. She is also a graduate of Somatic Experiencing Trauma Resolution Training developed by Peter Levine. Her background in yoga teacher training includes Satyananda Yoga, Dru Yoga, and Hanna Somatic Movement. Meredith's expertise in these practises makes her a skilled and knowledgeable teacher.
At Meredith Dolan, a range of services are offered to cater to the individual needs of clients. These include Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Body Harmony®, Family Constellation Facilitation, Meditation, Usui System of Reiki Healing, Rebirthing, Somatic Experiencing, and Private Yoga Classes. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is an advanced body/mind therapy that combines Western scientific understanding with mindfulness skills and a unique type of touch. The focus is on reconnecting to the underlying feelings of health, comfort, and ease within the body. The sessions are light and reverential, and there is never any pressure or manipulation involved.
Body Harmony® sessions are also available and aim to bring harmony and balance to the body. These sessions can help with actualising purpose, efficiency of movement, gracefulness in personal transformation, moving through trauma responses, nervous system regulation, release from pain, and more.
Meredith Dolan welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and experiences on their transformational journey called Life. With her expertise in body work practises, she aims to support her clients in achieving physical resilience, emotional stability, and positive results in their recovery from traumatic experiences.
To book a session with Meredith Dolan, appointments can be made in advance. The club regularly offers classes, seminars, and retreats in the local area of Merimbula and Canberra. Meredith also participates in International Body Harmony® events, further expanding her knowledge and skills.
