Welcome to Mid-Mountains Ballroom Dancesport(MMBD), a Dance Studio operating across the historic and beautiful Blue Mountains. Our Dance Studio is kris51operated and managed by Kristine Casaceli, a qualified professional dance instructor (MIDMA AADS) of over 25 year’s experience, and who lives in the Blue Mountains. Kristine has a proven teaching style and her motto is 'IF YOU WALK IN, YOU WILL DANCE OUT'. Kristine over the years has taught people from all walks of life.

She loves to teach dancing and in particular enjoys teaching complete beginners to become good social dancers. Kristine has taught dancing in the Blue Mountains for over 16 years and has many regular couples attending class. So come to MMBD and become a Ballroom dancer. Its great fun, keeps you fit, and you will meet heaps of people.

The Studio teaches Standard Ballroom, Latin American and New Vogue dance to beginners, intermediate, and advanced dancers exclusively in the Blue Mountains. Mid-Mountains Ballroom also runs a social monthly dance that is open to the public.
