The club offers various programmes and competitions for different age groups. The Community League provides MiniRoos Club Football for 5-9-year-olds, using small-sided games to ensure a more enjoyable experience with increased opportunities to touch the ball and score goals. The Junior League caters to 10-18-year-olds, offering a range of playing styles and aiming to ensure inclusiveness and fun. The State League teams are open to men and women aged 16 years and older, providing an opportunity for players to continue playing at their preferred level.
MPFC's premier League teams participate in the Capital leading League (CPL) Boys programme, which includes U13's, U14's, U16’s, and U18's teams, offering a comprehensive pathway in the game training phase. The NPL Women's programme is currently on hold, while the NPL Men’s programme includes U23's and 1st Grade teams, providing a pathway in the performance phase.
In addition to regular competitions, MPFC also hosts the Summer Sixes Competition, which takes place from October to December. This competition is open to U9S – U14S Juniors and U15S – Seniors. Matches are played at David Madew Oval in Jerrabomberra, with kick-off times on Wednesday afternoons/evenings and Thursday afternoons/evenings.
