For senior men, the club fields two teams in Division 1 and Division 2. This allows players to choose a team that best suits their skill level and development goals. By playing in the “twos,” players have the opportunity to progress at their own pace in a less intense environment than Division 1. The club places a strong emphasis on training and development, providing support from top-notch Australian coaches as well as specialist coaches from around the world.

The club creates an inclusive, supportive, and competitive environment for young players to excel both on and off the field. With a focus on the USA philosophy of developing a “student first, athlete second” mentality, the club supports players in their academic and sporting pursuits. Accredited coaches provide elite-level coaching, and the club also offers medical supervision, a training camp, training gear, protective equipment, and support to achieve representation at the Victorian or Australian levels.
The club can even provide advice for players interested in pursuing college scholarships.
