At Mordialloc Martial Arts, we offer training for the whole family. Our Tae Kwon Do classes are designed to improve coordination and confidence in children, provide a positive activity for teenagers, and enhance flexibility and fitness for adults. We believe that martial arts is not just about self-defence, but also about personal growth and well-being.
We also offer Ladies Kickboxing classes, which combine kickboxing, martial arts, and self-defence techniques. The majority of the training is focused on kick pads, kick paddles, and focus mitts, ensuring an intense workout while learning useful skills.
For those interested in Filipino stick fighting, we have classes that teach the use of single stick or double sticks. These drills offer a wide range of techniques from this popular martial art, and provide an engaging and dynamic training experience.
