About
Your first Mukti Yoga class is complimentary.
Mukti Yoga Preston is a Ghatastha Yoga (dynamic vinyasa) school.
Lisa is a qualified Ghatastha Yoga teacher, having completed one of the most intensive 3 year teacher trainings in Australia, with Prahlad Nadu at Yoga Arts Academy. Lisa has practised yoga regularly for 13 years.
Both purification of body and prana (energy) is stimulated through dynamic asana (posture) and pranayama. Ghatastha Yoga is sincere not serious, dynamic not forced and fun!
The essence of this practise is: ‘when the body has been purified and the level of internal prana has saturated the entire being, the practitioner of yoga will experience the serene state of no-mind’.
