Nicole Tough

Nicole Tough is a highly respected sports club located in Gold Coast City, Australia, specialising in Dressage. The club is owned and operated by Nicole Tough, an accredited Level 2 Dressage Specialist Coach, Level A National Grand Prix and Young Horse Judge and Judge Educator. Nicole is also currently completing qualifications for Level 3 High-Performance Coaching accreditation and is studying Sports Psychology.

Nicole has an impressive track record as both a coach and competitor. She has trained 10 horses to FEI level, earning 9 Australian titles and over 39 State Championship titles. Nicole has also represented her state and country on numerous occasions, holding 35 spots on State and National Squads since 1994. Her dedication and success in the sport have earned her accolades such as Equestrian QLD Coach of the Year, Sports Star of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year.

At Nicole Tough, riders of all levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced riders. The club offers private dressage lessons at Nicole's property in Advancetown, located in the Gold Coast Hinterland. However, please note that the club does not have school horses available, so riders must have their own horse.

Nicole is passionate about helping her students and their horses reach their full potential. Many of her students have gone on to achieve great success, training their horses from the breaking-in stage to FEI level and earning spots on State and National Squads. Nicole's coaching style focuses on making a positive difference in the lives of riders and their horses.

Additionally, Nicole offers full livery agistment, dressage training, and specialised “boot camps” at her facility. These services provide riders with the opportunity to immerse themselves in a focused training environment and receive personalised instruction from Nicole.
