North City Wolves Football Club

Sporting Moreland was formed from the coming together of two clubs, North City Lions and Moreland Wolves, both clubs steeped in rich history throughout various Victorian football competitions. Club executive committees from both former clubs envisaged a greater footprint that could only be achieved if they had the resources, personnel, and infrastructure that could adapt in the changing demographics and thus Sporting Moreland Inc was established. The committee has formed some exceptional plans for the basis of the club that is to now incorporate more than just your local football club norm.

There is an inheritance now of some expert football knowledge that is to be injected throughout the coaching staff from senior level to juniors. The doing away with parents coaching will not do either. This takes valuable volunteers away from what they love. Instead at minimum there will be a steady migration of knowledge from the expert coaches to those entrusted with a team.
