

The North Eastern Croquet Association (NEDCA) is a sports club located in Indigo Shire, Australia. NEDCA is part of Croquet Victoria, an organisation dedicated to advancing the sport of croquet in the state of Victoria.

These affiliated clubs provide opportunities for members to engage in friendly competition and develop their croquet skills.
NEDCA hosts various croquet events throughout the year, including tournaments and social days. These events bring together croquet enthusiasts from different clubs across the region. For example, the NEDCA 2023 Golf Croquet Open was recently held at the Benalla Croquet Club, attracting participants from nine clubs across three divisions. The event featured a full day of play on nine courts, with winners determined through close results.
Another recent event was the NEDCA 2023 Autumn Social Day, which took place at the Wodonga Croquet Club. Thirty-eight players braved the coolish overcast conditions to enjoy two games before lunch and two games after lunch. Winners were recognised in different blocks, with Terry Wilson from Wangaratta Croquet Club emerging as the winner of the Blue Block and Paul Jeffries from Albury Croquet Club winning the Red Block.
NEDCA also organises training sessions and squad practises to help members improve their skills. For example, the NEDCA 2023 Inter-Regional Golf Croquet Squad held its first training session at the Twin City Croquet Club, led by Level 3 Golf Croquet Coach Maurice Cevaal-Hewitt.
Throughout the year, NEDCA also hosts various championships, including the NEDCA Open Golf Croquet Handicap Doubles and the NEDCA Open Golf Croquet Singles Championships. These competitions provide members with opportunities to showcase their skills and compete against players from other clubs in the region.
