To promote good sportsmanship and unity between Competitors, Stock Contractors and Rodeo Committees.

To maintain uniformity of Rodeo Event Rules.

To promote and encourage the sport of Rodeo.

To support, encourage and foster the ongoing development and promotion of JUNIOR RODEO throughout Australia.

To appropriately discipline individuals who cause disrepute to the sport with the assistance of reciprocal member association suspensions.

To implement adequate risk management strategies in line with government and NRCA regulations.
