ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP – Wanda Beach sets the standard for high intensity, results based outdoor training in the Sutherland Shire.

Licensee/ Lead Instructor Sgnt Michael Meredith was born and bred in The Shire and is dedicated to pushing his Recruits to go beyond their comfort zone in order to achieve their goals. This is not to say that training can't still be fun.

Making the most of Wanda's truly unique natural environment, sessions will include a mix of grass, sand, and even sand-dune based sessions..

With the majority of ‘Recruits’ coming from the local area including Taren Point, Sylvania, Oyster Bay, Caringbah, Gymea, and Cronulla, there is a very strong sense of community within the group which has lead to many a life-long friendship amongst participants.
