Are you the owner of Out Trekkers?
Nearly all of our walks are on tracks. Generally, they are suitable for anyone of good average fitness and endurance. We vary the speed to suit the walk, but you should have a reasonable standard of fitness appropriate to the particular walk, so read the descriptions in the programme. Some walks may be more demanding than others, if you are unsure about how fit you need to be, please contact the leader of the walk to discuss it.
