Welcome to PCYC Wollongong, your local sports club located in North Wollongong, New South Wales. As a branch of PCYC NSW, we are a charity dedicated to empowering young people through police and community partnerships. Our mission is to get young people active in life, develop their skills, character, and leadership, and reduce and prevent crime by and against young people.
With a history of over 71 years, PCYC Wollongong has been enhancing the lives of young people in the community. We currently have over 1600 members who benefit from our wide range of sporting, art, and recreational activities. In addition to these regular activities, we also provide targeted crime prevention, youth capacity building, and social responsibility programmes, benefiting over 500 at-risk youths each year.
At PCYC Wollongong, we believe in providing real engagement opportunities for young people. Our club is an integrated, community-focused venue that offers a variety of low-cost or no-cost sports and recreational activities, as well as education, leadership, and crime prevention programmes. We strive to create a safe, fun, and friendly environment where young people can energetically enjoy life and reach their goals.
One of our key programmes is gymnastics, and PCYC is the largest provider of gymnastics in NSW. We are always looking for dedicated coaches to join our team and make a positive impact on young people's lives. Whether you are already qualified or interested in exploring a pathway to gymnastics coaching, we provide support and assistance to help you gain accreditation and start your journey as a gymnastics coach with us.

Our club is located at 2 Exeter Avenue, North Wollongong, NSW 2500 and operates from Monday to Thursday from 9am till 7:30pm, on Fridays from 9am till 5:30pm, and is closed to the public on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on public holidays.
