Palerang United FC, also known as Braidwood Junior Soccer Club, is a community-run sports club located in Palerang Council. The club's primary purpose is to build grassroots soccer skills, provide opportunities for youth to play competitive football, and develop strong players on and off the field.
At Palerang United FC, they strive to create an environment that instils values such as respect, humility, integrity, reward through effort, and fair play at all times. They believe in providing an atmosphere that allows every player the freedom to express themselves, showcase their creativity, and cultivate a love for beautiful football.
The club is proud to have the support of various sponsors, including major platinum sponsors such as Braidwood Community Bank, Capital Chemist Braidwood, and Wallace Street Medical Centre. Gold sponsors include Green Homes, Backhouse Transport, Nutrien Braidwood, Bar Rochford, and Braidwood Rural & Building Supplies. And silver sponsors include The Braidwood Bakery, Braidwood Soil Construction Service, R. J.

Palerang United FC is a member of Capital Football, and all players are required to be registered with PlayFootball. In the 2021 season, the club is fielding mixed teams for players aged 3-12. The matches will follow a round-robin format and take place at the Braidwood Rec ground. Additionally, they have a women's team competing in Div 6 – State League Women's.
They are also actively looking to expand their teams for the 2022 season, and interested individuals are encouraged to contact the club to express their interest.
The club provides an opportunity for women and men to play socially, even though Braidwood currently does not have registered women's and men's teams in the Capital Football competition. Training and social games are held on Monday at 6:30pm and Thursday nights at 7pm.
For the younger age groups, the 3-5 Subbies team is coached by Reto, Anthony, and Shannon. They play their matches on Saturdays at 10am at the southwest end of the Braidwood Recreation Park on Keder St.
