Panthers Baseball Club

The Panthers Baseball Club is a reputable sports club located in Port Pirie, South Australia. With a rich history and a strong presence in the community, Panthers Baseball Club provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for players of all ages and skill levels.

Training sessions take place on Monday nights at the Senate Road Complex. Juniors receive coaching from 4:30 to 5:30 pm, while seniors train from 5:30 pm onwards. These training sessions offer an opportunity for players to improve their skills, learn teamwork, and develop a passion for the sport.

The club is proud to have a team of dedicated and experienced coaches for the 2019-2020 season. Kris Clark leads the Majors team, Bobby Dobbell guides the Minors team, and Paul Steff oversees the Juniors team. Throughout the 2018/19 season, Panthers Baseball Club recognised the outstanding performances of its players. Lex Williams was awarded Majors MVP, while Tate Bradley received the LD Will Batting Award and Jack Williams won the Fielding Award. In the Minors category, Riley Twigden was named MVP and Jackson Lenartowicz received the Batting Award. Greg A Fidge achieved a perfect fielding percentage, earning him the Fielding Award.

In the Juniors division, Mason Bickley was honoured as the Best and Fairest (B&F) player, with Jack Hill as the Runner-Up (R/U) B&F. Miah Waters was awarded the Coaches Trophy for his exemplary performance.
