At Paul Sadler Swimland, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our swimmers. Our swimming lessons focus on teaching deep water survival skills, ensuring that our students are equipped with the necessary skills to save themselves in dangerous or life-threatening situations. We spend a minimum of 10 minutes per lesson in deep water, teaching treading water, deep water recovery, and mobility on the front and back until children can tread water for at least 2 minutes.

Our unique approach allows for accelerated progression, meaning that children reach their swim class goals faster. Our Parent Child Programme is designed for children aged 4 months to 3 years, providing a fun and interactive introduction to water. For children over 3 years old, our Children's Learn to Swim programme offers indoor swim classes that are engaging and effective. During school holidays, we also provide a Holiday Swimming Programme for those looking to learn swimming at an accelerated pace.

Additionally, we offer Adult Learn to Swim classes and Private Swimming Lessons for those who require extra support or prefer personalised instruction.
