For young athletes aged 10 to 17 years with advanced abilities and previous competition experience, the Performance Programmes are designed to help them achieve their goals in their chosen discipline. The club offers full-time and part-time options for the Alpine Team, Moguls Team, Freeski Team, and Snowboard Team.

Adults aged 25 years and above can join the Masters Programmes, which offer opportunities to polish recreational skiing skills or engage in racecourse activities. It's important to note that the Masters programmes are ski-only.
