With its convenient trading hours, the centre is open from 10am to 9:30pm on Melbourne Cup weekend, Friday through Monday. During these days, visitors can take advantage of the popular $25 Unlimited special that is available every night from 6:30pm onwards. Please note that a minimum of 4 people is required to participate in this offer. On Melbourne Cup day, the centre is open from 10am to 4pm.

When it comes to bowling, Phillip Island Tenpin Bowling & Entertainment Centre operates on a first-come, first-served basis. General bowling does not require a booking, unless it is for specific events such as kids birthday parties, school groups, or other special occasions. The maximum number of people allowed per lane is 7. However, for larger groups, the centre can accommodate by splitting the group across multiple lanes. A game typically takes around 10 minutes per player to complete, so for example, if there are 3 players, one game would take approximately 30 minutes. It's important to note that the duration may vary if you choose to eat or drink while playing.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the centre requires all participants to wear bowling shoes. These shoes not only improve bowling technique but also help preserve the cleanliness of the lanes. Outside dirt and sand can damage the lanes, so it's significant to wear the provided bowling shoes.

Carers are more than welcome to accompany and support their clients, friends, or family members at the centre. However, if a carer decides to participate and bowl, they will be charged the all-ability rate of $10 for one game or $15 for two games.

In addition to bowling, the centre also offers an exciting Lazer Zone arena. This dark maze arena is equipped with the latest begera phasers, allowing participants to tag opposing players and targets to score points. Players must be 5 years and above to join in the fun. The arena creates an immersive atmosphere with UV lighting, a haze machine, and intense soundtracks.

Pricing for the Lazer Zone experience starts at $6 for 5 minutes, $10 for 10 minutes, and $16 for 20 minutes.
