Physical Therapy Gym

PT Gym is not just a rehabilitation gym. We are open and available to anyone and everyone, regardless of what you want to achieve.

All PT Gym staff are qualified fitness professionals, including university trained exercise physiologists. Our experience covers a variety of fields and help us to provide a service to our members that is hard to match.

Supervision allows for members to feel safe, knowing they are doing their exercises with someone keeping an eye on their technique and training intensity.

State of the art equipment ensures that our clients are using the best, whether the focus is cardiorespiratory, strength or power developments, balance or agility.
