Pilates4me is a sports club located in Launceston, Tasmania, owned by Jane Jackson. With over ten years of experience teaching Pilates and a Bachelor of Education Degree, Jane is highly qualified in the field. She started as a fitness trainer in Mat Pilates and Group Fitness, and later trained in Mat and Studio (clinical) Pilates under the renowned Polestar Training. With a background in athletics, running, hockey, and dance, Jane found that Pilates prevented injuries and helped individuals reach their full potential.
At Pilates4me, the studio provides classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels. The classes are in a comfortable and friendly environment, tailored to suit individual needs. The goal is to re-strengthen, revive, and refocus the body, improving strength, core stability, flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination.
The class schedule offers a variety of options throughout the week. There are morning and evening classes available, as well as private lessons. No assessment is necessary for those who have previously participated in Barre classes.
In terms of pricing, there are different options available. For Studio 1 classes (Mat and Barre), a ten-week package is available for $230, or casual classes can be attended for $27 per lesson. Studio 2 classes, which include the use of reformers, arcs, chairs, ladder barrels, and other equipment, cost $330 for ten sessions or $37 per casual session. Individual sessions are also available, and new clients to Pilates are required to have a one-on-one session before joining.
The studio is fully equipped with various equipment such as arcs, balls, rollers, rings, bands, hand weights, springs from Barre, and wooden dowels.
