To make your workouts more effective and convenient, we provide a free Member Workout App that allows you to track your progress and access a library of exercises. We also offer a “membership on hold” feature for those times when you can't make it to the gym.
Our gym is equipped with the latest and most advanced fitness equipment, ensuring that you have everything you need for a rewarding workout experience. From cardio machines to strength equipment and functional training areas, we have it all.
Plus Fitness Lakelands is open 24/7, giving you the freedom to work out whenever it suits you. Our staffed hours are from Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm and 3pm to 7pm. Please note that our office is unstaffed on weekends and public holidays. New members can easily join online to enjoy immediate access to our facilities.
