Pole Palace Dance & Fitness Centre offers a wide range of pole and non pole classes to suit everyone! Classes from absolute beginners with no dance or fitness experience what so ever, through to extreme advanced. Pole Palace provides a comfortable, fun environment for people of all ages, body shapes and fitness levels, to come and get fit while having fun. Pole dancing provides a full body workout, but the best thing about it is, you enjoy it!
