Hello! I'm Lauren, and I'm Polka Dot Fitness. I am located at Plus 24/7 Mittagong and Moss Vale, in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW.
Why train with me? Well! I have a keen interest in the holistic approach to fitness, and have always been interested in aspects of health and fitness. I spent most afternoons in my younger years attending dance classes, and all those years of lessons gave me a solid base and understanding of movement.
Furthermore, I have spent the majority of my 34 years on this earth dealing with various health issues. Besides, I’ve been “fat”, I’ve been “skinny”, I’ve been “weak” and I’ve been “strong”, and everywhere in between.
Moreover, I don’t believe in fad diets. Besides, I don’t believe in miracle products. Moreover, I don’t believe in unrealistic expectations. Besides, I believe in putting systems in place to reach your goals.
I believe that healthy understanding for how to fuel your body is paramount. Furthermore, I know that mixing resistance training and cardio is the best way to get results. This is what I teach my clients. That and to love their body for what it can do as well as for how it looks.
My philosophy on fitness is that systems get results. If you work the system, you will get results. If the system isn’t working, we adapt. We change the system.
