Port Macquarie Square Dance Club

Port Macquarie Square Dance Club commenced in April 2013 to cater for existing dancers that had danced at one of the previous 5 square dance clubs that had been running in Port Macquarie. Twelve months later we changed the name to Riverside 8’s and launched our new club banner. Our Club dances every 1st and 3rd Friday from 7. 30pm to 9.

30pm and caters for Mainstream and Plus levels of square dancing as well as round dancing. We run a regular learners class and as a young club we are still looking to build up member numbers, so that we can establish a strong viable Square Dance Club catering for all age groups. As we grow, it is our intention to increase the number of nights that we operate. This is all very dependent on dancer support and participation.

We are very fortunate to have Tony as our Club Caller, ably assisted by regular local caller, Joe Condello. Our round dancers are also well catered for by the excellent cueing of Loraine Condello. Visitors to our club are always very welcomed.
