Our core curriculum is based around the martial art of taekwondo (ITF), with practical components of a range of different martial arts to develop students skills for self-defense in a range of situations.
We challenge all students to be the best version of themselves. Whether it is through increased, fitness, health, confidence or proficiency in martial arts, we work with every student to help them achieve their own individual successes.
