

CrossFit is THE most effective fitness programme you’ve ever seen. If you haven’t heard about, seen a video or tried a CrossFit class yet, you’re in for a treat! The CrossFit prescription for training is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement”. If you quickly googled and watched a CrossFit video, and it freaked you out, don’t worry.
Whilst there are many practising CrossFitters performing at a fairly freakish level of fitness, everyone starts off much more gently. It suits all ages and ability – the difference is intensity.
