The academy specialises in teaching Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and “Mat Rats” Kids Grappling. For juniors, classes are held from Monday through Thursday, from 4:15pm to 5:30pm. Adults can attend classes from Monday through Thursday, starting from 6pm onwards. Additionally, there are introductory classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm.

Open Mat sessions are also organised on Saturdays at 3pm.
