Welcome to Redlands Rugby Union Club, also known as the Muddies. With over 40 years of Rugby Union history in the Redlands area of Brisbane, we are a proud family club that offers a fantastic junior rugby programme. Our club caters to all ages, starting from 3 years old with the Mini Muddies and going right up to Golden Oldies for those over 35.
At Redlands Rugby Union Club, we have both Men's and Women's senior teams, and we proudly support the Sense Rugby Programme for players with learning and perceptual disabilities. Our Girls Rugby programme is a key focus for us and continues to grow each year.
Playing with the Muddies is all about family and fun. We ensure that all players feel welcome and enjoy the game of rugby while making lifelong friendships. Whether you are a part of our mini muddies or our senior teams, we prioritise looking after each other and having a great time with the best game on earth.
Rugby is a sport for everybody, regardless of height, strength, or speed. We have a position that you will love playing. Additionally, our extensive volunteer programme is what keeps the club running smoothly. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved, whether it's helping with game day management, coaching, or assisting at the canteen and bar.
