Redwings Ice Hockey Club

The Adelaide Redwings Ice Hockey Club is a renowned sports club based in Adelaide, South Australia. Established in 1963, it is one of the three remaining clubs that have been active since the official inception of the league. The club played its first official game in 1964 at Hindley Street against the Falcons, marking the beginning of a rich history.

Currently, the Adelaide Redwings Ice Hockey Club boasts teams competing in all four senior competitions: premier, A Grade, B Grade, and C Grade. The premier League team consists of skilled and dedicated players such as Adam Wise, Jeff Pellerin, Dave Gal, Chris Campbell, and more. Each of these talented individuals contributes to the team's success and strives for excellence on and off the ice.

The A Grade team includes promising players like Daniel Koudelka, Tamir Dunning, Jared Lowe (C), Jed Rillera, and others. Led by Captain Jared Lowe, the team displays remarkable teamwork and determination in every game. The goaltending duties are shared between Johnny Cousins and Russell King, who both prove to be exceptional in their roles.

In the B Grade team, players like Tyson Boundy, Matilda O'Brian, Mitch Riley, Aiden Shea, and Matt Gardiner showcase their skills and dedication to the sport. Goalies Jo Phillis and Luke Hallion play vital roles in protecting the net and ensuring the team's success. The team is led by Dan Waterman as captain.

Lastly, the C Grade team, consisting of players such as Steve Meharry, Paul Gardner, Michael Boslooper, Wayne Gardiner, and Dylan Hand, brings energy and enthusiasm to the ice.
