At Rockhampton Bowls Club, the game of bowls is cherished and celebrated. The aim of the game is to roll bowls as close as possible to the jack or kitty, which is a white ball. The precision of the game lies in the weight and delivery of the bowls, as well as the strategic decision-making on how much “grass” to take. The club takes pride in its history and is eager to share it with both members and non-members who are interested in trying the game.
Coaches and equipment are available to help beginners get started, with no obligation to continue.
